Somatic Breathwork

A space to soften. A space to listen. A space to breathe.

Love of Breath offers somatic breathwork sessions that invite you back into contact with your own body — slowly, safely, and without expectation. There is no goal here. Only an opening.

We work with the breath not as a tool to fix, but as a thread to follow — toward presence, toward coherence, toward the quiet remembering of what’s already here.

Sessions are not designed to “transform” you, but to create conditions where your nervous system can reorganize, your breath can move freely, and your organism can feel supported enough to soften.

How Sessions Unfold

Each session adapts to your body in real time. There is no required “arc,” but you may move through phases like:

Grounding – Establishing safety through connection with breath, body, and environment
Activation – Breath begins to stir sensation, emotion, and awareness
Expression – Movement, sound, stillness, or tears may arise — or not
Down-regulation – Slowing the breath, returning to stillness
Integration – Resting in whatever emerges, without needing to explain it

You are never pushed. You are never expected to “go deep.” We follow the pace of your breath and body — moment to moment.

Session options

Love of Breath sessions offer space for quiet noticing, somatic unfolding, and honest connection with the breath — in whatever form it takes that day. I offer three types of sessions: Ongoing, Regulation & Reorientation, and Deep Listening, each designed to guide you on your path to personal enrichment.
